Clients with Support Agreements

Imagemation provides 2nd and 3rd level support to clients, including advice and support on configuration, network support and systems management issues.

Documentation and Support Library

All Clients can now access our Online Support library at http://apps.imagemation.com/FogBugz .

 

We publish system documentation, release notes and discussion forums for access by all clients with maintenance agreements. Please contact support@clickhome.biz for user name and password.

 

Instructions and Examples for Online Access

There are 3 major areas of support provided - creating and tracking cases, participating in discussion groups, online documentation including system documentation and release notes.

There are 2 discussion groups:

  • ClickHome New Features - this provides an opportunity for group discussion of new features and helps determine their priority. In some cases we receive requests or suggestions for new features, but in some cases since it has not been raised by other clients it may not receive a high priority - this is an opportunity for clients to demonstrate the effective merits of cases through a peer review process.
  • ClickHome Tips and Tricks - this provides a place clients to make suggestions about how to get the most our of the software.

There are three different online documentation libraries (referred to as WIKI's by our support tool FogBugz):

  • ClickHome Construction Documentation - current documentation on setup, configuration and use of the construction modules, SiteManager, MobileManager and SupplierAccess.
  • ClickHome Office Documentation - current documentation on setup, configuration and use of the Office modules, Leads, Presite and Quotes.
  • Release Notes and History - full copies of all release notes including references to documentation, settings, instructions changes etc to bugs and feature requests that have been included in each release.

 

The entire system is searchable - you can enter in a search term and it will find all relevant documentation relating to your topic. At the moment, we have some documentation which is uploaded as PDF's. This is not searchable, but overtime, the PDF's will be incorporated into normal documentation.

 

The releases are listed newest to oldest with the release date. The summary of changes are not updated regularly, but are provided for as a starting point for release notes for clients who have not read any release notes in while.

 

As of the current release, the link to the download files on our FTP site is included for convenience.
