Build is optimised for the  task and copes equally well with existing house types or the fast production of schedules and budgets for site-specific units. High-level budgets are easy to prepare with the ability to add detail as and when available, and to the level required for purchase orders. The production of material and subcontract orders is highly automated and order progress is tracked by the system through to delivery. Build contains a highly configurable tick chart valuation and payment authorisation system to control payment to subcontractors, manage your work in progress, and automatically provide cost to complete projections.

Care

Care ensures that you capture each post-handover contact succinctly and accurately, and that you provide an effective response and resolution to your customer's issues. The system can provide the appropriate prioritisation for your maintenance team or Subcontractors to help meet and monitor your target response and fix times. Detailed analysis and trends of customer issues are fully reported so you can prevent re-occurrence and improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and referrals.
