Our Team of Consultants

Aaron Savory – Business Development Manager

With over 15 years of experience managing implementation of large complex systems into businesses and providing solutions to various companies, Aaron has a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience. Aaron is one of the founders of the ClickHome system and hence has indepth knowledge of the workings of the system. Aaron has a breadth of knowledge of the construction system from his time at Boral Construction industries, significant experience in business processes, project management, and both large and small organisations. He has a Double Major in Accounting and Finance to round out his knowledge.

James Salt – Implementation and Consulting Manager

With 10 years experience in the house building industry, from applications developer, management consultant to IT Management and then crossing to software provider and project manager, he has a huge breadth and depth to his knowledge. From a development background, he has particular strengths in the system integration and management information fields.

Geoff Hicks – Senior Implementation Consultant

Geoff was one of the first workers in the IT industry in Perth and has a wealth of experience in systems design and implementation.
Geoff started in the computing field in the early 1960’s as computing was introduced as a commercial tool to improve office systems. Prior to this, it was the domain of the scientific environment and Geoff programmed in a language not used today but it gave a firm grounding in understanding the operation of the computer and associated systems.
With his qualification as an accountant and as computers systems improved, Geoff developed considerable skills in the implementation of systems.
As the Business Systems Manager for Boral Construction Materials in WA for many years, Geoff was required to project manage a number of system implementations and undertake user training. Geoff provides ClickHome with a breadth and depth of knowledge from his time working in the construction industry, his previous experiences in systems and a level head in his approach. Geoff helps balance out our team and provides a great service to clients both externally and internally to make sure that the systems and process implemented are done thoroughly and with the right amount or fore thought.

Erik Withoud – Implementation Consultant

Hailing from The Netherlands, Erik brings international analysis and project management experience to ClickHome, following his immigration in early 2011. In the past, Erik managed the content management system for one of Europe’s largest travel companies, Thomas Cook. Conjointly, Erik completed a Post-graduate Diploma in IT Project Management, formalising his qualifications to run projects for both small and large entities. He also worked as a Business Analyst for Lear Corporation (Automotive) to implement synchronous business processes across Lear’s international markets. Erik studied Computer Science and holds a Masters Degree in Cognitive Neuroscience. He also participated in a 1-year study exchange, studying at Southern Illinios University of Carbondale in the area of Sport Psychology.

Vivek Shetty – Implementation Consultant

Vivek completed his Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of Western Australia. His previous work experience includes working as a Technical Support Analyst at Unisys Global Solutions and as a Technical Sales Consultant for the Symantec Corporation. His strong technical skills with a background in various fields of IT, coupled with good business skills and a pleasant demeanor, makes Vivek a great Implementation Consultant.

Jia Xu - Support Manager

While Jia is our Support Manager, he also performs technical consulting for our clients. Jia started with ClickHome in a Junior Support position and has developed over time into our Support Manager. Jia has great skills in problem solving and his ability to work methodically with data is one of his great attributes. Jia often manages our installation process at customer sites along with the integration components. This also helps our support team when troubleshooting issues as he understands the data of our clients.
