Due to our recent growth we are now searching for a
Graduate Level Business Analyst
We are a leading software vendor to the house builder market, providing ground breaking field and office solutions. Because of recent growth we are looking to increase the size of our implementation team. You will join this team and play an integral part in future implementation and system integration projects, as well as facilitating the launch of our new generation product.
The role will involve onsite client engagements, managing and working with all management levels of the customer (from CIO’s through to construction supervisors) and maintain a positive relationship. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of client projects, working closely with other team members and clients. You will add your technical expertise to system integrations and application customisations. As a company we provide across the whole of Australia and are expanding to other markets, so some travel will be required.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
• High levels of initiative and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Time management and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and also un-supervised
• Keen communication skills (written and oral) as well as client facing experience
• Experience with SQL databases. SQL Programming (T-SQL or PL/SQL) experience would greatly assist your suitability.
• Crystal reports experience is considered advantageous
• Knowledge or experience in business process mapping
