By using ClickHome our average build time has dropped by over 5 weeks
ClickHome works in close conjunction with Databuild to ensure that information is shared seamlessly. Below is a listing of the standard integration points.
At a point in your preconstruction workflow the integration will create the databuild contract using ClickHome data, populating all the key client and contract details into Databuild, reducing the duplicated data entry and ensuring the two systems are synchronised.
When the client or contract information is updated in ClickHome we update Databuild with the new information.
Databuild Is the source of the contract value, and therefore as we detect changes at the databuild side we update the relevant fields in ClickHome. This is a good example of how the systems work together reducing duplication.
ClickHome is the source for job tracking but Databuild also wants the notion of contract status, so by progressing the job through the sales, preconstruction and construction workflows in ClickHome we are constantly updating Databuild with the relevant status, ensuring ClickHome and Databuild show the same data, and everywhere is updated without any manual effort.
ClickHome uses the purchase order information to customise the call forward sheet of each individual job. Therefore as purchase orders are issued we automatically import the PO information (including the individual lines), matching the purchase orders to individual tasks within the call forward sheet. This matching process allows ClickHome to attach committed cost to individual tasks with forecasts, therefore providing the forecast committed costs over the lifetime of the job.
We integrate suppliers that are in certain Databuild categories (If indicated that the supplier is relevant for onsite construction), we pull the suppliers account details. So any new supplier created in databuild that matches the right categories is inserted into ClickHome, also if any supplier is marked as unavailable in Databuild (due to account issues), they are then marked as unavailable in ClickHome.
