ClickHome Core

ClickHome is a complete product suite and has advanced modules for particular sections of the residential construction process, but shared between all of these modules is the ClickHome core. The core provides industry leading reasidential construction contract management tools. Below are details of some of the key elements of the core system. 

    
Client Management

Clients

The core concept in ClickHome is the management of the client and their associated contracts. It allows you to record every detail about the client, their multiple contacts (Dad, Mum, and the daughter organising the construction), and track every interaction.

Designed from the ground up for the residential construction market, it is tailored to the way you work, and assists you in utilising this information to improve your marketing and targeting. The client database is a powerful marketing tool allowing you to search for clients of certain types and extract their information.

Activities

Core to ClickHome is the formulised business processes through the advanced workflow in Sales, Preconstruction or Construction, but you also need to organise and track less structured information like, ad hoc meetings, phone calls, emails and many other types of interaction. ClickHome provides all of this functionality within your core contract management system - ClickHome, centralises this information so everyone who needs to has access to it.

Notes

You will also need to store information about the client or contract, and notes provides you this functionality. Notes can either be very specific to the task being performed by the individual or global to the contract. With notes you can look back over the history of the job in one single view.

Contract Calendar

To make it easy for you to get a single view of the contract, we have a calendar view which shows all the activities and tasks on that job. Again providing a simple view of the complex information you as a residential builder needs to manage. Click through to the detail or just get the overview.

Search and Export Data

Searching

Searching is a key part of how you work, whether that be to find the contract for Mr Brown, or find all the contracts where you've sent for Shire approval and haven't received it back. ClickHome will allow you to search all your contracts and clients, allowing you to create a list of jobs of a certain housetype prior to final contract signing (so that you can revise a crucial pricing error before its to late) within a few mouse clicks, receive the list in a grid and export it to Excel.

Advanced Grids, Filtering, Grouping, Sorting and Exporting

As a core feature of any ClickHome listing screen we give you the ability to advanced filter (comparible to excel filtering), group data by any column you choose (just drag and drop), sort by any column and then export the resulting data to anything that can process a csv file. This will become an invaluable tool in your day to day job, ensuring the information that an advanced contract management system like ClickHome has, is not stuck inside it.

Documents

ClickHome Documents

Store documents against a job or individual task, ensuring you keep the most up to date documents easily accessible against the job. You can control who can access or update these documents via the security permissions. Documents can be added manually, via emails or automatically generated from standard letters/documents.

Integration

ClickHome is a scalable solution right up to the enterprise level where you will have more robust document management systems. We integrate into these external document management systems, so that from within ClickHome you can see the documents from your enterprise document management system. We have a standard integration suite with Microsoft Sharepoint and will extend this to others on request.

Auto Letters

Auto Generated Letters

ClickHome allows you to put standard letters in place for key interactions with stakeholders of the residential building process (clients, authorities, suppliers and more), so that profesional and consistent communication can be provided automatically by the advanced contract management software ClickHome. ClickHome will generate these letters at defined points in the process (populating with client and contract information), and send them to the relevant stakeholder.

Just assign the auto letter to the task, and click on who it needs to go to.

We utilise the industry standard reporting engine of Crystal Reports, enabling you to create your own reports by just dragging and dropping information on a page.

Scheduled Reporting

ClickHome understands that you will want some reports sent periodically and you don't want to go and generate the reports every Monday morning, so we provide a report scheduler system so that you can set up reports to be received every week, every month or every day to your inbox. Ensuring you have the required information for those recurring meetings.

Security

Role Based Security

Designed from the ground up with security in mind, ClickHome has a powerful role based security to ensure you can control who has what information. If you don't want your drafting staff from viewing other peoples work, it's as easy as removing that security permission from the group of users 'Drafties'.

Integrated security within the reporting engine ensures that if your state manager runs the report he only sees his states data.

Outlook Integration

Calendar Integration

Powerful integration with exchange allows for calendar synchronisation between ClickHome and your outlook calendar. Put a meeting activity in ClickHome against a contract and assign it to yourself and it inserts it directly into your calendar, with the clients and contracts details.

Email Integration

ClickHome will process your email and match to the contracts in ClickHome and automatically record this email, ensuring that with no effort on your part you have a complete picture of all communication with the client.

Forecasting

Forecasting and Baselines

Using sophisticated forecasting algorithms based opon your workflows (Sales, PreConstruction and Construction) we forecast starts and completion of any future tasks based upon the recently completed tasks. So at any time you can pull up a forecast of the site starts for the following 6 months! ClickHome also stores the baseline, as recorded at key points in your workflow to enable a continuing performance comparison against your expected timeframes. 

You can use forecasting information to power your business acting ahead of the issue rather than behind it.

Key uses are:

  • Forecast site starts and job loading for supervisors
  • Forecast trade requirements to ensure correct labour pool requirements.
  • Forecast cash flow, with outflow (purchase order commitment) against cash inflow (cash receipts from percentage claims).
  • Forecast administrative staff requirements in key areas, based upon your forecast preconstruction workflow. 
  • Compare forecast to baseline to performance manager supervisors.
