There are many different methods of communicating a call up to a supplier or trade in ClickHome Construction:
|Send an email call up direct to the supplier or trade containing all the required information|
|SMS||Send a simple SMS as the initial call up or as a reminder just before the work is due|
|Fax||The construction industry still has a lot of suppliers using fax, so it is important we support call ups via fax|
|Online||Supplier Portal provides the supplier the ability to receive all their scheduling information in one place, and enables the supplier to interact with the construction schedule (notes, expected completions, confirmations, rejections and job not ready recording)|
|EDI||Larger suppliers want to have information shipped to them electronically straight into their systems allowing them to provide you the builder with a more efficient service. It is reduces the cost of that supplier doing business with you, which is a great advantage|
|Mobile||Track when and where you had a conversation with a supplier, ensuring that even an informal conversation can still be recorded as the date you asked a supplier to turn up. The supervisor can just click the number in ClickHome and it will begin dialing the trades/suppliers mobile|

Our patented Call and Confirm system enables a supervisor to request confirmation from trades or suppliers for the planned date and job, this enables supervisors to seamlessly manage the scheduling conflict rework process via proposed alternative dates from suppliers with detailed reasons why. This works seemlessly for any trade or supplier with an email address and internet access. Call and Confirm also works over SMS, allowing an sms call up to go out, then the trade or supplier to responds to that SMS detailing whether they accept the planned date or not.
Because ClickHome is used in the real world we understand that each job has a different call forward sheet, whether that is the difference between smart wiring or not, or whether its the difference between a single storey and a 3 storey plus undercroft.
ClickHome provides the flexibility to have multiple templates of call forward sheets to allow selection between large differences (single storey versus 3 storey homes), and also individual customisation of a jobs call forward sheet, either by manual removal of tasks (optional tasks) or using your purchase orders to select which tasks are in your call sheet or not.
